We have started to add revision notes now for the Advanced exam and more will be added today. They are a bit rough and ready at the moment but hopefully they will help. As time goes by they will be tidied up but in the meantime if you do not understand or perhaps you have some of your own you can share, we would be very happy to receive them.

Please remember, this is *your* site and we really want your input.

Hi all,

Can I please ask you to register using either your amateur radio callsign if you have one or your first name if not. Nothing else will be accepted. This is stated when you register and is backed up in the email you receive once you have completed registration. Soem people have used usernames which include both like Fredm3qqq or similar. Just use one or the other please. We will not be accepting any more registrations with convoluted user names. Just two things are requested. Either…

Callsign (if you have a callsign please use it. It helps people understand that you are licenced and also for the team here, it lets us know what level to pitch at for you.

First name (if you do not have a callsign yet, simply register with your first name)

As stated above, anyone not doing this may have their registration removed and be sent a request to re-register with one of the above.

Many thanks

Ian and the team

Hi all,

We have added a new section for members in the Learning Curves area. This will be an invaluable resource for those of you revising for the exams. A complete set of revision notes will be available for all three levels eventually. The ones for the Full licence are almost complete. They are being written by Matt, 2E0MAF who will be taking his Full very shortly. These notes are only available to registered members. Registration is free and only takes a few seconds.

Hi all,

A warm welcome to all the new members we have seen since we were publicised in RadCom. We have seen a real increase in member ship over the last couple of days which is great!

Of course, to really get the site working we need *you* to start posting and asking questions, telling us what *you* need!

If you are an instructor, we would love your help. We need people to help by writing Learning Curves for the site, the more of us doing it, the quicker we can get some content!

If you can help, email us at training@gb7mbc.net and we will respond as quickly as possible.

Suggestions are welcome, simply let us know on the forum in the ‘Suggestions’ section.

73 from the ART team
